¾ cup heavy cream
1/2 cup dark chocolate
1/2 cup Speculoos Cookie Butter
1 cup of Speculoos Cookie Powder
3 tbsp light corn syrup
4 scoops of three different flavoured ice cream each
In a saucepan, melt cream, Speculoos Cookie Butter, chocolate and corn syrup over gentle heat. Stir frequently.
Prepare 4 glass cups, scoop the three different flavoured ice cream into each glass cup.
Pour the chocolate speculoos cookie butter fudge over each sundae, sprinkle some Speculoos Cookie Powder for additional crunch.
