1. In a saucepan, mix Speculoos Cookie Butter, oil and honey over gentle heat until mixture is frothy.
2. Add oats/cornflakes and almond into the honey butter mixture, stir to coat the oats/cornflakes and almonds evenly.
3. Spoon mixture into individual cupcake liners.
4. Bake in preheated oven at 160°C for 10 mins, or until granola cup turn golden brown.
5. Serve when cooled.
