Speculoos Granola Cup


1/2 cup Speculoos Cookie Butter

1 tbsp oil

2 tbsp honey

3 cups oats or cornflakes

1 cup crushed almond


In a saucepan, mix Speculoos Cookie Butter, oil and honey over gentle heat until mixture is frothy.

Add oats/cornflakes and almond into the honey butter mixture, stir to coat the oats/cornflakes and almonds evenly.

Spoon mixture into individual cupcake liners.

Bake in preheated oven at 160°C for 10 mins, or until granola cup turn golden brown.

Serve when cooled.
