2 cups baking chocolate

400g Speculoos Cookie Butter

Directions:

Melt chocolate in microwave or warm bath.

Coat the side and base of mini foil baking cups with the melted chocolate by using the back of a spoon or kitchen brush.

Fill the center of the cup with Speculoos Cookie Butter.

Cover the top with melted chocolate.

Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
